Summary of Position:
The Business Development Representative is an integral member of the Commercial Sales team and directly contributes to VisitPay’s success by researching and developing qualified sales opportunities. The BDR is responsible for initiating relationships with prospective clients and optimizing team interactions. BDRs do this by identifying health system executives who may benefit from VisitPay products and services, leveraging all resources to connect with qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for Sales Executives to meet and further advance those prospective relationships.
The BDR has strong interpersonal skills, exceptional computer and research skills, and an innate talent for cultivating relationships. As a member of sales operations, this position collaborates with marketing and sales executives to create strategies for market leads, find prospective clients, and deliver qualified sales opportunities.
