Reports to: Sr Director of Client Services

Summary of Position:

The Implementation Project Coordinator will be assisting our Implementation Managers in successfully managing the implementation of our products and services with new clients. This involves monitoring project plans, tracking implementation deliverables and supporting documents, coordinate work with internal technical resources, scheduling and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To be successful as an Implementation Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using project management related tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel, have either strong (or an aptitude for) interpersonal skills, and attention to details.

Key Activities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, project team hours.
  • Coordinate work with internal technical resources within project sprint structure.
  • Assisting the Implementation Manager in ensuring project deadlines are met, and identifying project risks, issues, and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Tracking implementation deliverables and supporting documents. Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in project / stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or other technical discipline preferred but not required
  • Certification and/or demonstrated hands-on experience with key project management tools and practices
  • Certification and/or demonstrated hands-on experience with key agile software development tools, development sprints, and scrum practices
  • 1- 2 years of hands-on project management and/or agile development experience required
  • Technical experience in product/services, software development, healthcare or financial services industry experience a plus.
