Summary of Position:

The Client Success Associate’s (CSA) primary role is to support the Client Success Executives (CSEs) in managing strategic activities with clients.


Key Activities:

  • Project Manager for new functionality, configuration, analytic and operational updates
  • Partners with internal and external Technology and Business resources to define requirements
  • Supports strategy and sales processes for CSE and Business Development
  • Owns creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports for strategic clients; works with Analytics and CSEs as necessary to formulate and finalize content
  • Works closely with client support specialists to monitor and support day-to-day issues
  • Works with client support specialist and CSE to prioritize initiatives for each client

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in account facing and/or Project Management roles, preferably working with SaaS and/or in healthcare
  • Self-starter and able to work without constant instruction / direction
  • Proactively seeks to drive value through relationship growth, identifying and driving new opportunities
  • Propensity to think strategically and willingness to take calculated risks
  • Puts the mission, team and partnership first; finds solutions to complex challenges
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating relationships and navigating complex environments
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to understand how tactical activities support strategic imperatives (internal and external)


  • Based on the East Coast
  • Ability to travel to client locations; up to 10-20% beginning in the 2H’21
  • Experience working in an agile environment and/or financial services a plus
