Product Manager, Associate Level

Reports To:  Sr. Product Manager

FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt

Summary of Position:

The Associate Product Manager will work on the Product team, facilitating process and assisting Product Managers with product solutions and service models. This person will also partner with engineering and user experience researchers and designers to provide process content expertise and requirements to develop and deploy product solutions. Further, the Associate Product Manager will facilitate project execution by coordinating across stakeholder groups. The right candidate will be self-motivated, organized, curious, process-oriented, and have familiarity with software-based solutions.


Key Activities:

  • Coordinate cross-team interactions and activities to gather requirements and execute against project milestones
  • Design and document product processes
  • Provide process content expertise to cross-functional teams
  • Work with Product Managers to develop product content for internal and external stakeholder awareness

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of and experience with Agile development process – Jira experience is a plus
  • Understanding of and experience with user-centered design
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions
  • Experience in a B2C or B2B2C setting
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand customer needs
  • Experience driving results from cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in healthcare billing and/or consumer finance is a significant plus
