Sr Manager of VisitPay Client Implementations

Reports to: VP of Operations

FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt

Summary of Position:

The Client Implementation Team is responsible for the successful implementation of VisitPay’s solution suite with our large health system clients and serves as the client facing functional and subject matter expert during the implementation process.


The Sr Manager of VisitPay Client Implementations is responsible for the successful execution of implementation commitments of our core VisitPay module with newly signed clients, leading the members of the VisitPay Client Implementation Team, and driving implementation standardization and scale with our product and technical team partners.


Key Activities:

Responsible for managing the successful execution of implementation commitments of our core VisitPay module with newly signed clients through the following:

  • Leading members of the Client Implementation Team which includes client implementation managers, data, and billing systems specialists
  • Partnering in a cross functional capacity with VisitPay’s technical, product, and operational team members
  • Communicating to stakeholders the status of our implementations with the appropriate callouts of risk items, path to resolution, and escalations
  • Planning to ensure there are sufficient resources and budget to meet near term and long-term implementation plan and objectives

Drive implementation standardization and scale through cross functional initiatives with our product, technical, and operational partners.


Manage assigned client implementations as the client implementation manager through the following:

  • Partner with internal and client team members to build and execute on the implementation plan that accounts for scope, timing of deliverables, and availability of client and VisitPay resources
  • Facilitate discussions about VisitPay functionality, integration requirements, and implementation decisions with client revenue cycle management and technical team members

  • Advanced ability to problem solve, with the ability to think quickly and implement plans/structure for accomplishing established goals
  • Planning and project management skills, including developing, communicating, and maintaining appropriate project plans that identify scope, required tasks, manage resource planning/allocation, and monitor progress.
  • Ability to adapt, work in a fast-paced, changing business environment; and be flexible when need and able to continue performing work responsibilities despite changing situations or ambiguity



  • 5+ years in leading and building client facing implementation teams or a client delivery project management program
  • 3+ years’ ERP / software implementation experience in a business process or project leader role
  • 3+ years’ experience in roles with client-facing responsibilities
  • Healthcare or financial services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, communication, or related field
