Director, Marketing Campaigns & Content

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary of Position:

VisitPay is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing Campaigns and Content to take the lead in developing integrated brand-to-demand marketing campaigns in support of key business goals. This individual will lead a cross-functional team and be accountable for planning, developing, launching, and executing buyer-centric marketing campaigns. The Campaigns and Content Director will be responsible for measuring, reporting, and optimizing marketing tactics to attract and retain customers, as well as managing budget, agency and other third-party relationships. S/he will provide forward-thinking ideas to create and apply content across all paid, owned and earned channels, including the company’s digital presence.

 

Key Activities:

• Lead an internal and agency team in demand program design and execution; provide expertise in integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels in support of a buyer journey
• Manage performance and reporting, such as calculating campaign ROI, effectiveness, etc.
• Work with vendors, agencies, financial team, and internal stakeholders to effectively manage budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to design content marketing strategies that bring campaign narratives to life.
• Enable and collaborate closely with the VisitPay sales team on marketing campaigns
• Build and execute VisitPay’s digital marketing roadmap, analyzing and optimizing online performance
• Lead all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media),ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with internal and external design and writing teams to produce high quality content.
• Lead small team of marketing professionals, motivating, coaching, and managing personal and professional development and results.
• Monitor competition and provide ideas that stand out.
• Stay up to date with digital technology developments.

• Experience with Pardot/Salesforce, Jira, basic BI tools and Excel

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of related work experience with a minimum of 2 years in product marketing and/or channel marketing
• 3+ years leading and mentoring a team
• Proven success in working well with various groups and levels of the organization
